So here are a few yummy dinner ideas from last week! Most are healthy but there is one that is probably considered not on the healthy side.. It's calorie count is probably to high!
So for the first dinner idea... We have:
2 -Chicken strips
Cottage cheese
and a salad.
The salad consists of ice berg and romaine lettuce, tomato, bell peppers, spinach, cheese and a small amount of Italian dressing.
This is the meal that probably is up high on the calorie count!
Here we have:
A chicken strip sandwich.
Sandwich consists of... 2 chicken strips, Italian bread, Italian mixed cheese.
Handful of french fries
and 4 or so dill pickles.
This meal was pretty yummy! Khaleesi helped me eat all of it!
For this one we have:
A black bean burger on a whole wheat bun, and a little cheese.
Garlic and hummus tortilla chips (1 serving)
salsa
Protein blend veggies
this meal total consisted of 622 calories. I consumed a little less since I had help eating it :)
The protein blend veggies turned out really yummy. I decided to take some with me the next day to eat with my lunch. (will post this meal too!)
For most of my dinner meals I try and stay at around 500-600 calories. Sometimes less.
